  How will you fit at Strides, based on your education and work experience?  
 
 
  Associate  
 
You could be a Graduate or Post Graduate from any discipline with an experience range from 0-2 years and a strong interest in Consulting.
 
 
Associates are exposed to a broad range of clients and industries. They develop first-hand knowledge of critical business issues while honing client-management and problem-solving skills. An intensive orientation session and continual learning opportunities are part of an associate's career development program.
 
 
Typically, associates will;
Interface with clients on various areas to solve problems and come up with innovative solutions
Build spreadsheet models to analyze data
Write reports on different assignments
As associates acquire successful experience on projects, they are given greater autonomy and responsibilities. Most associates would take two to three years to master the challenges of the role. After this period, the associate can be promoted to become a Consultant.
 
     
  Consultant  
  You could have an MBA or an equivalent degree with 3-5 years of experience in a line function or consulting.
 
 
Consultants play a critical role in managing a client relationship, as they have mastered consulting skills and shown leadership potential. They are able to handle Projects independently. They work closely with clients to help them better understand competitive issues, develop strategies for change, and achieve results.
 
  Consultants at Strides lead client assignments by developing expertise in;  
 
Client Management Skills
Project Management Skills
Conceptualizing and communicating strategic solutions
Providing breadth and depth to client assignments
  Providing intellectual leadership to their teams by generating key ideas and conceptual frameworks to guide research and     analysis
Developing work plans to ensure that projects are on time and within budget
 
 
The length of time in the Consultant role will depend on educational background and prior experience. However, most Consultants would spend two to three years in their role before being considered for promotion to Senior Consultant.
 
     
  Senior Consultant  
  You could have extensive professional experience in a line function or consulting.
 
 
Senior Consultants at Strides are proven professionals with track records as both outstanding consultants and successful project leaders. They have demonstrated exceptional intellectual, organizational, and client-management skills. They take on larger project-management responsibilities, working on client projects that consistently reflect clients' goals and agendas and eventually direct a number of client engagements. Over time, they also help link Strides’ work on client projects to its broader business and strategic vision.
 
 
Senior Consultants guide and motivate their project teams to craft innovative solutions to client problems, ensure that clients' interests are always foremost, and inspire individual team members to consistently meet the highest professional and ethical standards. Senior Consultants work closely with project teams, while maintaining their focus on management of the client relationship.
 
 
Senior Consultants also play leading roles in forging new client relationships. They pursue client leads and develop conceptual insights for a wider audience. In this role, Senior Consultants function as Strides ambassadors to the larger business community, devoting considerable time to networking, publishing, and public speaking.
