functions through a well-planned culturization

to the PMS, Training needs were charted,
Aspire -our Training Initiative was launched
successfully and a career planning project
was initiated. |

survey was conducted covering key people
across the organization and the Leadership
was provided direction to manage change
and become accountable in their roles.
