Strides International has worked with GroupM and its business units during the year 2005 as our outsourced HR Consultants and launched the following initiatives, playing their role as internal "change agents".

They laid the foundation of an HR culture in the company, guiding our leaders through some stressful situations to become autonomous and self-reliant .

1)
Designed and launched a Performance Management System (PMS) and trained all our management and subordinate staffby conducting live workshops using real data wherever possible.
2)
Trained people in selection and interviewing skills and installed a user-friendly Recruiting system. Thereafter,managers were enabled to implement a robust Campus recruiting program
3)
Management Trainees were inducted and assigned to functions through a well-planned culturization process.
4)
Linked to the PMS, Training needs were charted, Aspire -our Training Initiative was launched successfully and a career planning project was initiated.
5)
Diagnostic survey was conducted covering key people across the organization and the Leadership was provided direction to manage change and become accountable in their roles.

Strides did not create any dependability, but in fact empowered our leaders to understand their HR role within the business units they headed.
